In January 2024 I was invited to join Jane's 'Accountability' challenge. It was an online group where we work on making small weekly commitments to improve specifics areas of our business.
I was sceptical at first as I had listened to other mentors about growing your business, but who had unrealistic targets.
From the first session I could see that Jane was not only invested in helping me improve my business, she had realistic and achievable goals.
It was not a 60 min lecture with vague suggestions, it was actually practical steps on how to reach my goals. By the end of the second session, I knew I needed the support from Jane and joined the Thriving Beauty Business Club.
I made a commitment to myself that I would work with Jane throughout 2024 and to undertake the tasks set. Now 12 months I can see many improvements, from increased bookings, increased revenue, my work plan is more streamlined and I am able to spend more time during the weekends relaxing and taking a break from the business. Jane has given me the confidence and support to move my business forward.
