I absolutely cannot with the boca bookstore. Whoever they have employed there is incompetent and ignorant. The fact that the bookstore is open yet she will not answer the phone is baffling. It is disgusting that someone would say hello and then send them to voicemail just so she does not get in trouble for not answering. I had a package to be delivered and yet somehow ups was not able to get in, this makes me question where the staff is at this point. This is beyond unacceptable and disgusting. Do better!

Super disappointed with this school . Can never reach a live person when having issues . This is not what we expected from this school . Get it together . And when you speak to someone at the school no one knows anything

Great college! Parents start dual enrollment at 7th grade especially in intermediate algebra and reading classes. Their tech programs during high school are amazing. Look into dental assistant/hygiene, firefighters, pharmacy tech, computer programming, real estate agent, etc. Set up an appointment with palm beach state college academic counselor to start taking classes for your child. It's free. There is free tutoring for a lot of subjects! During high school, I recommend taking college level classes towards a bachelor's degree such as ENC 1101 , ENC 1102, and MAC 1105, for example. Lake Worth high school students have graduated with 60 college credits before senior graduation!!

Such a horrible experience I had today at PBSC, I’m completely disappointed on how they treated me today and honestly is making me think twice if I should start classes in August or just go somewhere else.
First of all, trying to communicate from someone of Palm Beach is difficult, they never pick up the phone, never answer emails and there’s no way to get in contact with them, and since I didn’t have any contact information, I decided to go to campus to get help with my financial aid. The people on the office/admission center are terribly rude, always gossiping between them and truly never paying attention to your needs, they are rude, incompetent, and they give you horrible looks. When I asked for help, they barely spoke, and when they did, they spoke with an attitude, and honestly, I didn’t do anything or said anything to be treated like that. When I finally got help with my financial aid, I was told I could chose my schedule. I asked again and the answer of that lady was “I thought you already had one” rolling her eyes and in a very rude tone. Then, they helped me trying to make a registration to choose my classes on campus. The other lady asked me if I got my financial AID and I said no because it wasn’t approved because I don’t have a green card yet. Long story short, after everything she told me, she literally said “If you do not have for books, then is better not to come to class”.
I feel so dissatisfied, disappointed and overall SAD! I was planning on starting my classes on August, but If I was treated like this on the admission center, I can’t imagine how am I going to be treated when u pay for my tuition and start classes. How sad.

I received my associates degree here (2 year degree) and it was the best decision I ever made! The class sizes are small which is really helpful, and for the most part I was able to communicate with my professors easily after class if I ever had any questions. I used the tutoring service included in my tuition for math, chemistry, and english papers! I felt that I was prepared well because I was accepted to a university to continue with a bachelors degree which will take me another 2 years. I really believe that your experience here is what you make of it. Show up to class, ask questions, do the work and you will succeed 🙂

Honestly, it was fun attending PBSC! Got my AA there and probably enjoyed the most all the student organizations! Met so many people, made lots of friends and got my degree. The only issue was that they cancelled some of the honors classes because not enough of people signed up so thats why 4 stars. Also, its so hard to get into their nursing program. ;(

I haven't even started my classes yet and I already Wanna get out of here. I have never seen such an unorganized and uniformed staff. I was told by the financial aid department that I would receive free tuition from financial aid AND be sent extra money for my first semester. I was thrilled until last night, the day before my first class, I was sent an email that said I was dropped from all my classes due to lack of payment.....okay....? I go there the next morning to ask what happened and if I could get my classes back and they tell me that my financial aid didn't cover everything and we still owed them like $ 100 or something petty like that so that's why they dropped me. And I was like, why didn't you warn me rather then sending me email right before class I received no worning or anything from them. And of course my spot wasn't taken in all of my classes so I couldn't get back in. So basically we were given false information and then kicked out of class because of THEIR mistake. So I had to choose a whole new schedule that was different from my first choice. They didn't even do anything to make up for their mistake other than tell me I need to choose new classes when there were hardly any classes left. I am disgusted by this school and by how unorganized and unhelpful they are. The guidance office is not helpful either so if you are someone who is unsure of your major or just need extra help don't go here!! The councelors literally just sit there and stare at you as you pick your classes and give no advice unless you dig it out of them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this school and unfortunately for me, at this point it's to late to apply anywhere else...
