Excellent gym great staff very friendly and great equipment take no notice of the poor reviews would definitely recommend if you wanting to train ? ? while on holiday don't forget a towel when you go like I did ? respect the rules thanks

One of the baddest gyms I’ve seen. I don’t mind old equipment, when it’s properly maintained. That’s definitely not the case here, cables are old and not functioning well.The mountain hokes of the pulley station don’t close completely and are dangerous (please see the picture). When I told the staff that the hook cut me open they didn’t care. On top of that there is a lot of rust on weights and most of the benches are broken. The price for a day ticket is €10,-. It’s the same for the Titan gym in Maspalomas and this gym is brand new with new equipment. You are better off there.

On top of that they have a very strange rule that you can’t put your weights on the ground during your sets? Didn’t really understand that.

The gym is clean and friendly. The opening hours are suboptimal (opens at
08 in weekdays and 10 on weekends) for people who want to work out in the morning before hitting the beach and so on. So I unfortunately was not able to use my one week membership as much as I had liked.

I came over from the UK for a 10 day holiday. Today is my last day. I've trained here everyday. Very friendly gym. Good range of dumbbells and machines. Very clean. I'd recommend it to anyone!1?

En ningún momento nos sentimos bienvenidos, todo lo contrario parecía que nuestra presencia molestaba.
Ni un hola, ni una sonrisa, nada de nada, cuando le estamos pagando un día para usar sus instalaciones (22€ dos personas con alquiler de toalla).
El gimnasio en general tiene ok maquinas, se puede hacer un bien workout, pero como dije anteriormente el trato fue peor que horrible.
No volveremos.

Like most people here I find the gym adequate but the attitude of the guy behind the desk is ridiculous as has been mentioned by many others here.

He is moody an acts like he doesn't want you there but truly does loves his videos on his mobile phone and to smile, joke and follow around the gym to show his videos on his phone any young woman that happens to be training in the gym but especially if they are local.

He even goes to the point of positioning himself behind you while you train.

Leaning on equipment with his phone in hand half watching you, half watching his phone. Not helpful, just annoying and distracting to be honest. It's a real shame that his attitude and presence in the gym can ruin what should be the best hour of your day.

He is a big minus for the gym unfortunately and a common theme in recent reviews...

Used the gym a few times on our holiday here. Couldn't have been happier with it. The facilities are excellent with a good selection of free weights, kettlebells and power racks. There's also plenty of machines if that's what you need. We dealt with two staff members who were both helpful and friendly throughout. Plenty of options for post workout protein too! Don't be put off by any reviews criticising the gym rules, they're sensible and there's no issues sticking to them.

Signed up for a weeks pass while in Puerto Rico on holiday. Brilliant gym, staff polite, helpful, you're made.welcome. There's rules like most gyms, so stick to them and you'll be good.
